General:
SIS of electric power plant is an information system, which is between DCS and MIS, mainly services for comprehensive optimizing of real time production process of steam power plant, an information system that manages and monitors production process. DL-SIS orients at comprehensive optimizing platform of production process of power plant, combined with the achievements including OPM3 that is operation optimizing product of American B&V Company, our strategic partner and over ten years' achievements of Dalu online technology engaging on online supervising of the set, optimizing operation and optimizing control. It accumulates external mutual real time database software platform products, high performance network server, hardware products and solutions of core switching system. Dalu STS consists of four important components. As figure shows:

Function:
The hardware network system of DL-SIS consists of seven subsystems. Real time data platform accumulates miner aspects database products both from and abroad, for example, OSIsoft PI, Instep eDNA, GE FANUC iHistorian etc. Application function system accumulates OPM3 to realize production process comprehensive optimizing function. Its structure relation of function is as figure showing.

Characteristics:
OPM3 products integrated by DL-SIS has been applied at over 150 sets both in home and abroad. The effect is significant. OPM3 incarnates function and technology advantages of high performance mutual optimizing products abroad on system function. Its superior designing idea, commanding function contents and advanced use and model ensures the credibility of output. OPM3 completely changes handcraft exploiting mode of SIS functional application software in China, provides mutual visible calculating mode and exploiting instruments, which provide insurance for calculating and analysis accuracy of system, scheduling and effect of projects.

Application:
DL-SIS can be widely used in power plant with various forms and scale like normal coal burning set, gas turbine/combined cycle and circulating fluidized bed set. It has been applied in power plant, and gained significant effect and warm reflection.
